I may arrive late, how can I check-in?

Check-in time is from 2pm onward. If you anticipate arriving very late in the evening we can provide an access code before you arrive to enter the apartment in your own time. We’ll make sure the heat-pump is on (for those cold winter nights) and the lights are glowing so you can easily find your way in. It’s important that we know when to expect you as there is no dedicated reception area.

Normally one of our staff will be there to meet you at your estimated time of arrival for a speedy sign-off, walk-through and handover of keys.

What’s included inside the apartment?

Apartments include everything necessary for a comfortable stay and a great night sleep including quality bedding, excellent insulation, heat pump, high quality furnishings and appliances, linen, towels, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven and electric hob.

Do you offer smaller 1 or 2 bedroom apartments?

All our apartments are private self contained 3 bedroom suites. There are no studio, 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom options available.

Is car parking available?

One onsite car park is available per apartment.

Do you have SKY? SKY Sports?

Yes! All apartments feature Sky Sports 1,2 and 3 plus all other Sky channels except Sky Movies.  Pay-Per-View movies are available on request.

Do you have high speed or wireless Internet?

Yes! All apartments have access to a complimentary high-speed wireless Internet service. Note: Acceptable usage policy applies.

Can I use a fax machine or telephone in the apartment?

At this stage no facsimile service is available, but a telephone is available for local calls at no charge. All mobile, domestic or international calls will be charged back to the customer.

Are unfurnished apartments available for lease?

Unfurnished long-stay apartments are available, please contact us to register your interest for long term rental accommodation in Wellington.

Local landmarks: Opposite Pak’n’Save supermarket, up the road from the Kilbirnie Police Station and Kilbirnie Pools, around the corner from the Kilbirnie Sports Centre.  The Rita Angus retirement home is a short walk down the road.

Is there supermarket or grocer near the apartments?

There is a large supermarket across the road which is open 7 days a week from 6am – 12am. PaknSave Kilbirnie has a large variety of fresh fruit and vegetables, a great deli and extensive range of groceries as well as an ATM machine, Lotto and general store.
